Just waiting...

A lot has been going on as we await the arrival of our newest addition. I started working from home on Wednesday and so far so good. I went to the dr on Thursday and there was no change. I'm due on Tuesday and go back to the dr on Wednesday if I don't have her before then. They will do another ultrasound to make sure the fluids are all right and then hopefully schedule an induction. I'm getting so anxious just waiting. Charles has just been doing soccer. Last night they played in Galveston and won 5-1! Other than that we





are just waiting waiting waiting! Here are some pics of Colton. Lately he has been wanting to take his baths in the whirl bath in our bathroom. It takes forever to fill up but he likes to watch it.

She's a big one!

I went to the dr. today and they did an ultrasound to check growth. They are estimating her to be 7 lbs 8 oz right now. She's going to be a big baby I think! I am dilated to 1 cm which is 1 more than last week so something is happening! When the ultrasound tech was doing the ultrasound, Colton was watching and said she looked like a whale. I have a feeling that's not the last time he's going to call his sister names! Silly boy!

Powder Puff and Soccer

Charles soccer season is well underway and it seems to be the year of the tie. His team has tied so many games! Varsity is tied for 2nd in district.

Tomorrow night is Clear Springs Powder Puff game and Charles has been nominated for Powder Puff Prince. He's a shoo in! I'll post pics tomorrow!

We are ready!

This weekend my wonderful friends threw me a little baby shower luncheon. I got so many cute things! We put the finishing touches on Ainsley's room this weekend and now I feel ready! I go to the dr. on Thursday for the last ultrasound to see how big they think she is. Charles and Colton are going with me! Here are some pictures of baby Ainsley's room. I am very happy with how it turned out.

Today is Colton's Valentine's Party at school. He is supposed to wear red or pink. I couldn't find a cute red shirt but I did find this pink shirt. I think he looks super cute! I will post pics of his party later on today.

Baby update

Well, went to the dr today and no change. Not dialated at all but the baby is head down. She said I'm still carrying her pretty high. I have three weeks left to go. I'm ready!

Busy times...

Things have been busy lately so I apologize for not posting in a while. I have been trying to get stuff done for work before the baby comes. My company is going to let me work from home during my maternity leave so that will be nice but I am trying to get everything I can get done now done so I can have a little time off. I am getting very ready to have this baby! I am so excited to meet her! Colton is doing great with his potty training! Almost no accidents. He still wears a pull up to bed though but oh well. We will work on it. Soccer season is in full swing and the varsity team is doing pretty good. They have canceled most of the JV games due to weather though. Other than that, not much news to share. Just awaiting the arrival of our baby girl!
