In other news....

The Chargers beat Galveston Ball Friday night! We are 2 -1 in district!! YEAH!

Busy Week for the little monster

Colton has had a busy week. First, we are totally off the bottle and it was not at all a challenge. We basically cut out the morning and night bottle at the same time and he wasn't fazed at all. It was really easy. Secondly, he slept in a big boy toddler bed for the first time last night. We have been having a horrible time with his sleeping so we decided to make a change and see how he did. He did pretty good. He woke up once, but it wasn't the screaming, can't calm him down waking up. He just went back to sleep. Let's hope this continues. Other than that, he has been the happiest, silliest baby ever the last few weeks. He's awesome.

Galveston

We went down to Galveston on Sunday and it is pretty messed up. On the way there, we saw boats just in the middle of the median on the freeway and trash was everywhere. A lot of places were open though and we went to Rainforest Cafe and had some dessert. Here are some photos of that.

Also, Colton has taken to blogging as well. I have caught him on numerous occasions playing on the computer. He is very serious about it too.

Yucky Bottle

Colton thinks it's hilarious when we tell him his bottle is yucky and he needs to get rid of it. Here is a video of him laughing when I am telling him this.

This past weekend we went to Austin to my cousin Tony's wedding. The wedding was on Sunday so Charles stayed home so he could go to work and football on Monday. The Chargers won their first district game on Friday by the way! Anyway, back to the wedding. My mom, dad, Colton and I left on Saturday. We went to the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner on Saturday night. The dinner was at this really nice winery in Driftwood. Then on Sunday we went to the wedding. The wedding ceremony took place in this little outdoor chapel in Driftwood. It was very nice. The reception was held at Union Park on 6th St. on the roof. The weather was perfect for an outdoor reception. Colton had a blast. The wedding was an asian theme so there were round lanterns everywhere and he thought they were balls so he was in heaven. The food was wonderful and the cake was so chocolaty! Once Colton went to sleep I just laid him on the lounge area and he slept. It was nice. On the way home on Monday, we stopped at the Bluebell Factory in Brenham because Monique had never been there and Colton enjoyed his ice cream! We had a nice weekend but we were glad to be home and see daddy and the fur babies!
